Yucca Valley Sunset Rotary Club

Our Rotary club's primary fundraising event is the Morongo Basin  Orchid Festival, which is now in its FIFTEENTH year.  Through this event we have raised and distributed tens of thousands of dollars to local charities and schools -- providing a positive and significant impact on our local communities.  The innovative Rotary Bucks will continue for the third year, allowing festival guests to direct where the charity dollars go.

This year the event runs for two days, Saturday and Sunday, October 2nd and 3rd.  As is true every year, the Festival is centered around Gubler Orchids in Landers, California.  The Festival offers free behind the scenes tours that are not otherwise available to the public, both free and fee-based orchid classes, many rare orchids for sale, vendors selling unique items, and -- of course-- FREE live music, great food and drink for all ages -- including the Trader Joe's wine and cheese tasting--, and much, much more for the entire family!
